public space water sprayer
This water tower approximately 12 ft. tall is at the local Canada Day festival and sends cool spray from 4 taps in a fine mist onto the heat-weary public. The fir wood pieces are from reclaimed window trim and the paint salvaged from the local re-use it centre. The art is about the reclamation of wood and helping people. Martin's message is simple, look at how much we have and try to find different ways of pinpointing ecological issues like fresh drinkable water and how we can be part of the solution.
